POLICY DATA PORTAL
The DIP Lab data portal is a digital repository of policy-related knowledge products in the AANR sector.
Users can freely access and search for policy documents such as reports, journal articles, theses, house bills, and local ordinances loaded in the database.
CAPACITY BUILDING
Innovative training activities on strategic planning and policy analysis are conducted in partnership with our in-house experts at the College of Public Affairs and Development (CPAf) and specialists in and around the UP system.
The DIP Lab also provides improved learning modules catered to the needs of the different participants in the academe, national government agencies, research and development institutions, local government units, and other groups.
PHYSICAL FACILITY
The DIP Lab’s state-of-the-art learning and innovation facility is housed at the CPAf Building in UPLB. This is where we host our events including Policy Hackathons, Policy Round Table Discussions (RTDs), and Role Playing/Simulation Games.
It is equipped with large- screen computers, projectors, and other audio- visual learning equipment for use during face-to-face and virtual policy design co-creation and service- learning activities.
POLICY-RELEVANT MATERIALS AND MEDIA CONTENT
We produce policy briefs, reports, infographics, and a podcast program to ensure that relevant policy information is communicated to the public.
To reach and connect with a wider audience, the DIP Lab also extends its services online through our social media pages.
POLICY ANALYSIS AND
ADVOCACY PROJECTS
We offer support in the whole advocacy process such as in the stakeholders’ consultation and analysis, consensus building, and translating research results into advocacy agenda.
Virtual and small face- to-face workshops with project proponents and stakeholders are also conducted as part of this service.
